gdt on 4 crafty chicks

i was thrilled to be asked as guest designer for november on 4 crafty chicks and this is my first project. The theme is anything but a card and you can join in here at the 4 crafty chicks blog.
i have made this notebook in memory of my neice that died 2 year ago with cancer, she fought with great dignity but it had spread into her spine, breast and cervix. She was only 26 and left a husband and 2 daughters aged 3 and 6. I have made this for the eldest who is now 8 so she can put photo's or thoughts about her mummy in.
The image is from the bestie range by sherri Baldy, the butterflys came out of a scrapbook kit years ago, flowers are petaloo, sentiment from craftwork cards and colored with promarkers
