This is another of the ethereal enchantress range from lacy sunshines very talented artist Heather Valentin, the image can be found
here in the shoppe. I wanted her to be nice and bright with being called neon wings. I have used a mixture of graphit markers and spectrum noir,s. The lovely bright lace i bought as a bundle at yorkshire trading and my friend gave me the little brad with sweetie on, all the reat on the card are bits i am using up.
