Kim's sketch, 163 challenge

This is a gorgeous digi image which is by Sugar Nellies, called Joy The image can be found over at www.funkykits.co.uk in the simply adorable digi section
I must admit the borders and the plaque she is sat on i'm not sure who they are by as i bought a mixed packet over on ebay, so please excuse my ignorance for not knowing
